PJ the Showman - Children's & Family Entertainer: Making Fun Happen Since 1994!

PJ’s entertainment career kicked off in 1994 when he was a Redcoat at Butlin’s Pwllheli (now; Hafan Y Mor)and he’s been lighting up stages, parties, and events ever since. Versatility and passion for entertainment have made him a go-to family entertainer for ages 4 -104!

Born in West London and now based in the West Midlands, PJ's love for variety entertainment started young. He grew up idolizing legends like Les Dawson, Norman Wisdom, Ken Dodd, and the one and only Tommy Cooper.

His parents were his first supporters, helping him set up his very own mobile Discothèque in his teens. Every weekend, PJ would DJ kids' parties with his friends taking turns behind the decks. 

Leaving school, PJ auditioned as a Redcoat at Butlin's, and that was the start of his love affair with the Holiday Park business. His career has taken him across the UK as a visiting family live act for Haven, Away Resorts, Blue Anchor Leisure & Darwin Escapes. PJ has entertained stars like Deborah Meaden from BBC Dragons’ Den and actor Bill Nighy (Love Actually, Harry Potter).

He then worked oversea's to Spain to DJ in a 18-30's style fun pub in Gran Canaria, oh the frolics! It was the UK Holiday Parks that he really lovedas a visiting family live act for Haven, Away Resorts, Blue Anchor Leisure & Darwin Escapes.

PJ has entertained stars like Deborah Meaden from BBC Dragons’ Den and actor Bill Nighy (Love Actually, Harry Potter).
